Service & Technology Disclaimer

  • Perma-Liner System: Installations include an industry-leading 10-year warranty. The 50+ year life expectancy is based on laboratory testing under normal operating conditions.
  • UV Curing: Our UV process is environmentally friendly and safe, often curing in just over an hour. This process requires factory-impregnated resin; performance is dependent on the host pipe being cleared of obstructions during the preparation phase.
  • Roof Drain & Chiller Lining: We are proven specialists in these areas. However, because these lines are often integrated into complex building envelopes, we are not liable for pre-existing structural leaks in unrelated roofing or HVAC components.
  • Robotic Video Inspection: Our inspections are "up close and personal," identifying current clogs and damage. They do not prevent future issues caused by the introduction of foreign objects into the system post-service.
